Fig. 2. TA decreased inflammatory stimuli-induced IκB-α degradation in HCT116 (A), HEK293 (B) and RAW264.7 (C) cells, but not in HT-29 (D) cells. Cells were pre-treated with indicated concentration of TA for 6 hours, and then co-treat with TNF-α (10 ng/mL) or LPS (1 μg/mL) for an additional 15 min. DMSO was used as a vehicle. Western blotting was performed for antibodies against IκB-α and β-actin.
