Supernatant from the cultured medium of stimulated BMDCs was collected, and pro-inflammatory cytokines TNF-α (G), IL-1β (H), IL-6 (I), and IL-12p40 (J) were measured using ELISA. Stimulated BMDCs were co-cultured with CellTrace Violet (CTV)-stained OT-I CD8+T cells at the indicated ratios for 2 days. The proliferation of OT-I CD8+T cells was analyzed using flow cytometry (K). The data is presented as mean ± SEM. Statistical analysis was conducted using a one-way ANOVA, with significance: non-significant (ns) when p≥0.05, *p<0.05, **p<0.01, and ***p<0.001.
