Cell culture supernatants were analyzed for HA secreted content by ELISA. The concentrations of HA induced by carnosine and ROL individually (A) and in combination (B) were quantified 48 h after the treatment. (C) The concentration dependent effectsof carnosine and ROL co-treatment on HA production were determined.
