Mice were coated with RA (0.01 or 0.1 mg/mL) or padimate O before exposure to UVB. Tissue lysates from skin samples were analyzed by western blot to detect the expression of (A) GCLC and GSS using specific antibodies. (B) The GSH level in skin tissues was measured by a GSH detection kit. *Significantly different compared to the non-irradiated control group (p<0.05), and **significantly different compared to the irradiated control group (p<0.05).
