(B) AGS cells were treated with 5, 10, or 15 µM BITC for 7 h, incubated with anti-LAMP2 antibody, and was detected via Alexa Flour 488-conjugated secondary antibody (green) by a confocal microscope (scale-bar=50 μm). DAPI (blue) was used for nuclear staining. Data were calculated from three independent experiments and expressed as the mean ± SEM. **p<0.01 versus the control.
