Wells were stained with crystal violet at the end of the experiment and colonies were counted. The data from three independent experiments are presented as the mean ± SD. *p<0.05, ***p<0.001 as compared to vehicle control; #p<0.05 as compared to treatment with 10 μM urushiol V.
