The effects of Theracurmin against impaired spatial memory in 5XFAD mice during the Barnes maze test. 5XFAD mice were administrated of Theracurmin (100, 300 or 1,000 mg/kg) or the same volume of vehicle solution for 12 weeks, and donepezil was treated during the training sessions. The last drug administration was performed 1 h after each training session. The effects of Theracurmin on latency time to enter the escape box during the training session (A) and time spent in the target quadrant during the probe trial session (B) are presented. The data represent mean ± SEM (n=8–10/group). **p<0.01, ***p<0.001 when compared to the control group; #p<0.05, ##p<0.01, ###p<0.001 when compared to the vehicle-treated group.
