The cells were treated with various concentrations of amygdalin for 24 hr and then subjected to an MTT assay in MCF7 (A), MDA-MB-231 (B) and Hs578T cells (C). The results represent mean ± SD for triplicates (*p<0.05 and **p<0.01 vs. control).
