(A–C) Transfected cells were harvested and total cellular proteins were extracted for western blot assay. The proteins were separated by SDS-PAGE (8–15%) and western blot assay was performed using indicated antibodies. Band intensities were measured with Quantify One software. Protein levels were normalized against α-tubulin levels. The data is shown as mean ± SEM (n=3). Statistically significant differences from control when *p<0.05.
