Osteoclast differentiation was induced by 100 ng/mL sRANKL in RAW264.7 cells as described in Materials and Methods. Cells were co-treated with the varying concentrations of poncirin. (A) After 4 days, cells were fixed and stained for TRAP for visualization. (B) TRAP-positive multinucleated cells were counted. (C) The effect of poncirin on cell viability was evaluated with the MTT assay as described in Materials and Methods. The results are expressed as percent of the control group. Each value is the mean ± SD of triplicate determination. **p<0.01, ***p<0.001 compared with the control group.
